you have to play it. i understand the appeal of wanting to just do things your way, and not have any of that “game playing bs” involved. want to see them 5 days in a row? want to respond to their texts immediately? fine. go ahead. but you’re going to lose. because whether you opt-in or not, you’re still playing the game. you’re just a sitting duck.
